Nathalie at Optimum RTS has been by far the most encouraging person I have come across throughout my job search process. Meeting with her gave me the inspiration to keep applying and not give up. This is a hard process and after a while of searching you begin to feel like you wont ever find the right fit and that agencies don’t care about the individuals. In my meeting with Nathalie however that was not the case. She is one of the few who listened and advised me about what would also be best for me. I am still searching but with a much more positive outlook thanks to her!
