I recently applied for a job. In less than 30 minutes I received a call back from Melanie Scherr from Optimum RTS. I went for the interview and it was a very positive experience. She took her time interviewing me and finding out about me. She was able to match me and my experience with a potential employer. I am now working doing exactly what I wanted to be doing at this point in my career. I am extremely happy. I know that if I had not gotten this job Melanie would have worked very hard to find me something. I would highly recommend Optimum to anyone looking for employment and people looking to hire.
