Good bye, 2024. Hello, 2025.
A message from Optimum RTS owner John Dalton.
2024 is a wrap and what a year it was. If I had to say what the word of the year turned out to be, it was “TRAINING!” Optimum RTS was built on its three main business sector pillars, which are R for recruiting, T for training, and S for staffing. During our first 10 years, Recruiting and Staffing were our main focus, but not in 2024. This year we helped companies across the nation bring in new salespeople and trained them to be some of the best in the market.
What will 2025 bring? That is yet to be seen, but what I am manifesting through my daily actualization is growth in our temp-to-perm business and expansion up the east coast of Florida. We are looking forward to growth in our permanent recruiting division and the addition of more than a handful of full-time recruiters and sourcers, and finally, an explosion of new clients requesting not only sales training but also our fractional CFO and COO services in both the medical sector and service sectors.
I hope that all of you had an equally great year and your plans for 2025 are coming into clear focus as Optimum RTS’s are.
